Lectures venues and date/time


Our lecture meetings take place on the first Tuesday of the month from October through June with 2 consecutive lectures in the afternoon and early evening at 2 different locations. The lectures are free for members. Guests are welcome to attend the lectures on an individual basis at a fee of 5 Euro pp/ per lecture.
The lectures are given by qualified speakers of many different nationalities and cover a range of topics of archaeological and historical interest as well as associated subjects. The talks are given in English accompanied by projection of illustrations, photographs, and diagrams.

Venues
The lectures will start promptly at the times mentioned below.
      Afternoon meeting

14:30 at the Museu do Trajo in São Bras

     Lunch will be arranged prior to the lecture with participants interested in joining .

Evening meeting

18:00 at the Convento de São José in Lagoa

Following the lecture the speaker is usually invited to dinner in a local restaurant and participants interested in joining the dinner are welcome to do so.
