2020, February 27th : Annual General Meeting
This year, in February, we decided to combine the association AGM with a lunch. This took place at Recontro dos Mouros in Silves. The event was well attended; the restaurant staff made everyone very welcome and we enjoyed an excellent meal after the formalities of the AGM. We can confirm the members of the Management, Executive Committee and Fiscal Board will remain in place at least until the association elections next year – apart, that is, from Siobhan Kennedy who has decided to stand down from the committee but will however continue as Speaker Coordinator until June. On behalf of the committee and association as a whole, we thank Siobhan for her work and the support she has given to the AAA. Thanks also to Shirley Dunne and Pat Clifford who acted respectively as Chef da Mesa and Secretary for the AGM.
